Accessing the Service
Referrals to Strathcarron Services can be made by a GP, Consultant or Clinical Nurse Specialist. You should ask them in the first instance if you think you should be referred. If you are not sure in our services are available to you where you live, please contact us. A map of the area can be found by clicking here. After a referral has been received, a member of the team will be in contact with you (and the referrer) to ensure appropriate and timely ongoing support. The hospice team does not take over your care, but instead works with your GP and other health care professionals to care for and support you and your family.
