Professional Ideals
In delivering palliative care, the staff of the Hospice aim to adopt a multidisciplinary approach in addressing the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of patients and families. They also endeavour to co-operate and collaborate with other service providers both in hospital and the community. We also strive to deliver a quality service by continually reviewing practice through audit and research. We encourage our staff to take responsibility for maintaining their own educational development and expertise thus and we hope to influence palliative care provision across Forth Valley and beyond.
