Strathcarron Lymphoedema Service

Strathcarron Hospice is well known for providing high-quality care for local people with cancer and other serious illnesses, but perhaps less well known is the important work that goes on every day at its Lymphoedema Clinic.

Lymphoedema is a painful and debilitating swelling of the limbs caused by damage to or obstruction of the lymph nodes – and patients from across NHS Forth Valley catchment area receive treatment, advice and support at the specialist clinic to help them cope with the condition.
