Education at Strathcarron Hospice

Education departmentOur Education Department team consists of four lecturers, who have wide experience in the field of Palliative Care. A number of clinical staff also participate in the teaching. They are supported by a department administrator as well as volunteers. The education team encourages an experiential style of learning and multidisciplinary working. The sessions may be organised - by the hospice alone, - held in partnership with other establishments, - or tailor-made to meet the particular needs of groups and organisations. The department has a variety of excellent facilities and resources to support the education programmes.
